Jack holds multiple accounting professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from West Virginia University. Additionally, Jack is a proud US Army Combat Veteran.
